If you have been in hibernation for the last decade we can tell you the year is AD 2014. There is a new survival based game taking earth by storm, well what remains of it, called RUST. Rust is a first person, multi-player only survival game. You have survived one apocalypse now let’s see you survive this one. There is only one objective in the Rust game and that is to survive, at any cost!

Developed by an upcoming games development company called Facepunch Studios, Rust is proving super popular already, besides the fact that it is still in its Alpha testing phase. The Rust game has already evolved from its initial concept when it was first launched. Rust began its journey as a man versus zombie fight for survival, set in a post apocalypse world where man had to do anything to beat off the living dead and survive by any means he could. Now more popular than ever, minus the zombies (the developers decided that the game offered more ways to die and so decided to dump the zombies), the number of people playing Rust continues to rise and our Rust hacks keep helping people play without getting killed.

RUST HACK

Well I am getting a bit ahead of myself here, let me take a step back and tell you a bit more about what the Rust game actually is all about. Spawning into Rust for the first time you arrive as a naked man (hopefully a female form will be developed in the final release of the game). A bit like you were at birth but a bit more grown and ready to fight for your survival. The environment is hostile, with bears and wolves ready to make a meal of you. Not only is the environment hostile, and so are other players who have gone before you, if you are unlucky.

Rust offers you a few starter materials, such as a rock and a few other items. By using these starter materials you can really get started on the quest for survival. For example striking a tree with your rock will give you some wood. From then on your imagination is your limit and the thirst for blood of the other players of course. You also have the ability to fashion tools and weapons, for example striking two rocks together will give you iron ore, which you can use to make a weapon for hunting or other purposes. Our Rust hack will allow you to see every player, item and animal so you can play without getting killed.

One thing you will notice about Rust is that it is lawless. There are no consequences for murder, it’s usually either you kill or you die first. Killing other players will entitle you to their stuff and so you will generally find there will be a lot of killing going on. On the positive side you can get together with other players to build a community together, but as the game is all about survival you should be prepared to defend your community and fight for your life at all times.

The Rust game takes you back to the beginning of mankind, where he had to use his bare hands and brawn to survive. The fact that the game is still in development means that it can take any direction, and the majority of the evolution will largely be player driven. The risk of dying in Rust is so great such that you must forge alliances and make friends to ensure you survive or use our Rust cheat, but be careful who you trust because your one time friend could turn into your enemy.

The Rust game is only available on Windows, Linux and Mac OSX platforms whilst it is still under development but there is every promise that it would be available on games consoles once it is officially released. The longer you survive the more stuff you can create for yourself. Weapons and tools range from the basic rocks, hatchets, pick axes to the more advanced automatic weapons.

One thing you will find is unique to Rust (hats off to the developers for that) is the lack of game rules. Whether it is a stroke of genius or is going to be the breaking of the Rust game leaves to be seen. There is no hierarchy, no authority figures, basically no rule of law. Will this feature allow players to portray their true selves or will it just corrupt everyone and turn it into a lawless wilderness. Those who are currently playing Rust have only one rule and they say this will stand between you and death; “TRUST NO ONE”! The players are given a free reign to become whatever they chose to be, craftsmen, hunters or murderers. One thing personally disappointing is the fact that the majority of the players choose to become raiders and murderers. You should tip your hats off to the developers though because of the nature of the game, it is not predictable and you can’t learn the game to level up. For one you do not know how the other players are going to play their hand, it feels like one long running soap opera and you do not know what is waiting for you round the next corner.

The Rust game will let you create your own world, and fight to the death to defend it for your life depends on it. This has got to be a revolution in game development and this could be one game that will forever be in Alpha. It is addictive and the suspense of never knowing what is going to happen in the next moment keeps you on your toes. Will the developers ever be satisfied and say they will release a final version? Only time will tell, in the meantime you should go ahead and purchase the game and start fighting for your life just like everyone else. Whatever path you choose to follow you are guaranteed there is a thrill at every corner and nothing is ever as it seems. And above all, be careful out there, it’s a dangerous world. Its RUST.
